One workspace per engagement

Your workspace holds the assessment report, the signed agreement, the migration runs and the validation results. Your team and ours look at the same thing at the same time.

Roles decide who can do what — owners and admins sign and invite, editors work, viewers read. Access is yours to grant and to revoke.

Five stages, and you can see all of them

Utility migration work is usually opaque until the handover. Ours is not — each stage produces something you can read, question and sign off before the next one starts.

    Scoping call

    Thirty minutes, no data required. We establish the domain, the source system, and what a good outcome looks like.

    Readiness assessment

    You send a copy of your geodatabase. We return a measured report — model fit, data quality by family, and counts you can check.

  3. 03

    Agreement

    Scope and terms live in the workspace, not an inbox. Comments resolve against the document, and signing happens in place.

  4. 04

    Migration

    Engineer-led agent runs against a copy of your data, with validation passes and dirty areas triaged in the open.

  5. 05

    Maintenance

    After go-live, continuous validation keeps the model honest as your network changes.

Working together

An account team, not a ticket queue

The platform is where the working relationship lives. You get named people, scheduled sessions and a written record of every decision — the parts of a consulting engagement that usually vanish into calendars and email.

Who signs, and what they have to prove

The migration is the same engineering problem everywhere. What changes is who approves it, how procurement runs, and what counts as evidence when someone asks whether it was done properly.

Investor-owned utilities

Regulated reporting, formal change control and an audit trail that has to hold up outside the GIS team. Every figure in the assessment is traceable to the rows it came from.

Municipals

Scope and cost that survive a public meeting, and deliverables a non-specialist can read. Public accountability means the report has to explain itself.

Cooperatives

Wide territory, small GIS team, no spare capacity to run a migration alongside the day job. We do the work and leave you able to maintain it.

Role-based access

Owners, admins, editors and viewers. You invite, you set roles, and you remove access whenever you choose.

We work on copies

Assessment and migration read a copy of your geodatabase. We do not connect to your production systems.

A written record

Membership changes, agreement signatures and comment resolutions are recorded and visible to you.

Questions

Does the platform cost extra?
No. The workspace is how we deliver, so it is included in any engagement. There is no separate platform fee.
What happens to our data if we stop?
You tell us to delete the copies and we do. The report and any deliverables are yours to keep.
How many of our people can we add?
As many as you need. We do not charge per seat — GIS, operations and whoever signs should all be able to see the same thing.
What happens after go-live?
The workspace stays. Maintenance runs in the same place, so the record of how the model was built is still there when something changes.
