Maintenance · Long after go-live

Your GIS starts drifting the day after go-live. Agents keep it current.

Every edit, work order, and field change is a chance for your data to slip out of sync — and keeping it clean is one of the most expensive, never-finished jobs in the utility. Nutility's agents do it continuously, so your records stay accurate without the endless manual cleanup.

What the agents do

The chore that never ends, running itself.

The same agent workforce that runs our migrations watches your network day to day — every edit checked, every rule enforced, every fix accounted for.

Continuous validation
Agents check connectivity and rules around the clock, not in an annual scramble before an audit.
Model stays valid
Every edit and import is checked against your network model continuously, so issues surface in hours, not at the next audit.
Fix or escalate
Routine issues are resolved automatically inside governed workflows; judgment calls are routed to an engineer for review — nothing changes silently.
Audit-ready records
Your asset data stays accurate and provable — for operations, for the board, and for the regulator.

How the engagement works

Simple terms, engineer oversight.

A predictable subscription

No surprise invoices and no open-ended time-and-materials — maintenance runs as a flat subscription your budget can plan around. Reach out and we'll walk you through the shape.

With or without our migration

The agents work whether or not we moved you to the Utility Network. Bring us in for maintenance alone, or stay on after a migration — each stands on its own.

Engineer-governed changes

Every agent runs inside a scoped, monitored workflow — permissioned actions, engineer sign-off on changes, and a full activity trail. We never train on your data.

Your network, always

It stays your geodatabase and your system of record. If you ever want to run it yourself, we hand over a connected, traceable network and step away.

Common questions

Do we have to take both migration and maintenance?
Just one is fine — migration and maintenance are separate engagements. Take the migration on its own and run the network yourself from go-live, or bring us in for maintenance alone — the agents work whether or not we did your migration. Many utilities start with one and add the other when it makes sense.
How do agents make changes to our GIS?
Inside governed workflows only. Actions are permissioned and monitored, changes carry an engineer's sign-off, and everything lands in a full activity trail. Routine fixes are auto-resolved; anything that needs judgment is routed to an engineer for review.
What does maintenance cost?
It's a predictable subscription scoped to your network — no open-ended time-and-materials. Reach out and we'll walk you through the shape for your system.
What if we want to take it back in-house?
Any time. It's your geodatabase and your system of record — we hand over a connected, traceable network and step away.
